Disney's California Adventure Park

Disney’s California Adventure takes guests on a magical journey to discover breathtaking wonder, laid-back fun and California adventures as only Disney can create. The four themed areas are Paradise Pier, an exciting California beachfront; Hollywood Pictures Backlot, a Hollywood-inspired district; The Golden State, celebrating the state’s natural beauty and diverse cultures; and “a bug’s land,” where being small is big fun.

In 2007, the Disneyland Resort unveiled a significant expansion including new family-oriented attractions and shows that feature more stories and characters from both Disney and Pixar. Entirely new and more immersive worlds, fantasy, magic, and spectacular shows are at the heart of the transformation that is about to occur at Disney’s California Adventure. The expansion will bring new attractions and entertainment offerings to the park including: Toy Story Mania!, Walt Disney Story, Disney’s World of Color, Cars Land, Radiator Springs Racers and the Little Mermaid attraction.
